DESIGN BRIEF
You and your friends are planning a long vacation trip across India. Create a shared experience where you all can plan itinerary, document relevant trip items and allocate bills & budgeting.
Think of what more features the experience could accommodate in dierent user-journeys to aid the experience for travellers and explorers in groups. Consider local & student related unique constraints.

Competitive Analysis helped to understand the flow and process being followed on different platforms. I studied different competitors based on their specialities and what I could learn and bring to the table.

About
Sheldon works in a finance team at an MNC. Its been 1 year since he has started his 1st job. He loves his job and also loves to make new friends. He is not an enthusiastic travel but does not mind going on vacations once a year.
Goals
-Likes his work and is always on time at finishing his work, also goes around to help his other colleagues.
-To make new friends wherever he goes
Motivation
-Staying popular among his circle of people
-Always being helpful to others

ANALYSIS OF KEY FINDINGS
01. Plan Itinerary
- Give place suggestions or one can search for a place
- Can keep adding places in the single trip
- Share the multiple destination and trip plan with friends to either convince them or to start the planning
- Individually book the tickets
02. Document Relevant Trip Items
- Give access to others in the group to edit your list
- Add items to others list
- Notify friends if you add anything to their lists
- Mark the items added to the bag
- See how many items your friends have finished adding
- Can add the tickets to the travel itinerary so that all the tickets are in one place with the destinations mentioned eg: arrival tickets, return tickets - so no confusion
- Allows to share the travel details later with friends if needed
03. Bills & Budgeting
-Plan the expenses based on trip group members
-Should be easy to add expenses on daily basis
-Show the individual expenses on the platform
-Status of the finances as a group and individually

- Have provided various features like sign in with existing social sites.

Task 2. Attachments & Collaboration
- Divided the trips into Travel details, Attachments & Check list to make it easier and convenient and simpler.
- From Connect, one can collaborate with the members in the travel group and share and plan multiple tasks.
- User can add various files and create folders to be better organised with the documents.
- For sharing of documents the user gets the option to either send files in separate eg: pdf files or together in one file.

- Under the check list section the user can add customised list of items.
- User can also share the list of items with group members.
- It gives you a one stop destination for all the items planning to the journey.

- According to the travel plans one can plan itinerary for it.
- One can add notes day wise and also set reminders and notification warnings to be reminded.

- I tried to keep the visual language very simple and easy to navigate between all the features.
- Intention was to make sure the user can navigate between all the features without feeling overwhelmed and lost.

01. Scope for Improvement
To Evaluate the product, I gave the users a walk through the design and the expected goals. Following were the feedback.
Feedback
-User experience for some tasks can be simpler
-Checklist for items made sense
-Certain flows felt confusing without explanation
-Explanation helped to understand certain decisions better
